|HELP| Memory Problem on the H110M-K Asus

So i want to upgrade my ram and bought an 16gb 3200mhz kit (https://www.mindfactory.de/product_info.php/16GB-G-Skill-Aegis-DDR4-3200-DIMM-CL16-Dual-Kit_1332120.html)and i have an Intel(R) Core(TM) i5-6500 CPU.

The Problem is that only one stick is detected so i first did a BIOS update because it was 4 Years old but after that it didn't work too.

Then i noticed that in the BIOS is writin A1 and B1 BIOS.thumb.jpg.055a4a47badc52400ca68e414c8d4d27.jpgbut the motherboard as only 2 Slot so i went downloading the manual and saw what i expected on the Motherboard are 2 Slot A1 and A2. Does anyone know how to fix this?1827166399_ManualH110.thumb.png.81e76812109286056a08f286097e6580.png

Put 1 stick in at a time, see if each stick is seen by the mobo, if not, the likely 1 slot is bad

NOTE: I no longer frequent this site. If you really need help, PM/DM me and my e.mail will alert me.
