Issues with my GPU? Games like Hunt:Showdown/Rainbow 6 Siege/CS:GO freezing/crashing.+ logs

Hey!

So lately I've experienced game crashes in "more demanding titles" and even csgo (league of legends works just fine since it's like not demanding at all).
Games just freeze on the last working frame or screen goes black. I can still hear background sounds.

GIGABYTE B450M DS3H-CF
CPU [#0]: AMD Ryzen 3 3100 4-Core
GPU [#0]: NVIDIA GeForce RTX 2060: (MSI GeForce RTX 2060 GAMING Z 6GB GDDR6) (was OC'd with curve on core clock in MSI afterburner)
RAM Adata XPG Spectrix D41 DDR4 16GB (2 x 8GB) @ 3200MHz CL16
S.M.A.R.T.: Samsung SSD 850 EVO 250GB for the system
and the games were running from M.2 Drive: WDC WDS500G2B0C-00PXH0 (I know I probably should install system on it rather than on Sata SSD, it's just because I've bought it recently and haven't reinstalled my Windows yet)

PSU: be quiet! System Power 9 700W 80 Plus Bronze

My logs from HWiNFO64 as an attachment from my CS:GO game I've had yesterday.

My guess is that my GPU could've loosen up since I've traveled with my pc last weekend and the problems started this week.
I took out my GPU, cleaned it of some dust it had, put it back so it sits tight and tried if RAM sticks were sitting properly as well.
Since the crash I've also disabled OC on my GPU.

Today I'm gonna try some more tests, but it's hard to know if it's solved since crashes don't happen every single time.

Maybe you can tell me if it's not GPU-related problem from my logs, since I'm not sure if I didn't miss something.

Cheers!

I have used DDU and reinstalled drivers.
I tried opening SW:BF2 with OC - got kicked out of the game right away, but works fine witout OC'd GPU.|
Weird, since I've used this OC curve for quite a while now.

I've been searching for more info about the issue, and I've found windows logs of the crashes:
"Event Name: LiveKernelEvent. Code: 144".
Google says: "
The error LiveKernelEvent 144 is usually related to graphics card driver. To resolve your concern, we suggest that you update your graphics card driver."

which I already did...

I might have to reinstall windows which I tried avoiding...
This way I will get to know if it's software or hardware issue.
Thx for replying!
