Laptop screen upgrade 60hz to 144hz freesync?

Hi guys, I have an Acer Nitro 5 AN515-44-R7D4, its a 6 core Ryzen 5 4600H wth a GTX 1650 4gb and 8gb ram.
I seen a video fo a guy upgrading his Nitro 7 from a 60hz panel to a 144hz and was wondering does anyone know if this is possible for my model...

I have looked online for a similar panel because i know there is 144hz versions of the nitro 5 but i cannot find any to buy... any tips would be great!
