Kraken x63 + B550 vision D confusion???

I've recently finished my first PC build and I used the Kraken x63 cpu cooler but I think it isn't working properly because of 1 cable that I couldn't find where it was supposed to fit onto the motherboard or wherever else it is supposed to go. The cable has 4 pins on it, I think it is a PWM cable.
