Is this monitor good

Ive been lookiing for a good budget monitor and this one seems like a good deal, it's a Philips Brilliance 221B7Q 22"

Good for what? I mean is not really particularly good at anything, but it's a $150 monitor, so its only real purpose is to just be a display for normal office productivity. It's probably fine for that, but if you're wanting to use it for gaming, video editing, etc., no, it's not good at all.

The question is. How are you going to use it? Gaming, Productivity etc?
