Modern Warfare Not Launching

Hello everyone, I've been having trouble launching modern warfare for a while now. So it does launch and able to play but there are days when it doesn't want to launch. I've restarted my pc about 3 times, shut it down and started it up again, scanned and repaired it a dozen times, and tried uninstalling it and installing it. I don't know why this is happening.
