capture card to desktop instead of video source in OBS?

i just got a capture card to stream games on my switch but the only way i have found to view it is through OBS which has a little delay. is there any way to show the capture card output directly on my monitor and then share my monitor for less delay?

Not really, no, and the delay likely comes from the capture card itself, not the way it is being recorded on OBS.

Yea use the hdmi output to play your games through, and OBS is sposto to have lag, as for steaming games, a few seconds of lag is normal
