Clear CMOS, start from fresh and disable anything you have done in XTU. Use the BIOS settings instead and try to turn on XMP.

Well, if the board won't do it, it won't do it.

Can update or roll back the bios revision, or pull two sticks and try again.

That's all I got for this one.

The board just can't do what your other boards do. It's as simple as that, These codes, most are reserved or unlisted. Would be careful so you don't brick the bios.

yes, i know, this was my mistake, but this mobo is bad even for oc (mainly in stabilizing voltage)

Yep. Some board are just better for memory overclocking than other boards.

Specifically speaking, one board that's very geared towards memory OC is Asus Apex. Even the Itx boards with just two slots generally OC better, just by design.

Good luck, keep us posted.

I have the same board and fixed the issue by manually setting vcore to 1.3 and everything else on auto.
