gtav Is the Rocksatr version of GTA V good for modding?

Right now on humble bundle GTA V is on sale for $15 USD.

 

I want to get the game but I also want to use mods on it.

 

Does the Rockstar launcher work with mods?

 

Also, I heard that Rockstar will automatically update games. Is there any way to manually revert to an older game version to not break mods?

i dont play gtav mainly everyday , but the rockstar version , from my experience , is best for modding in single player ONLY if modding in online you get banned.

update the mods for every game update as well
