(2x16) 3200mhz cl16 g skill ram

Or

(2x16) 3200mhz cl16 Corsair 

Or                                                                                         ^

(4x8) Gskill ram (The exact same Mhz and CL)l

Or

(4x8) Corsair?

 

And what is more worth it more Mhz ram or lower CL?

Whichever is the cheapest.

You need a balance of both. Too high MHz and you can't run the RAM at its rated speed, too low CL and you have to set it above its rated CAS latency, resulting in wasted money.

If the financial  differences are small enough go for the smaller 2x set, so you can upgrade later if needed.

Also it used to be harder to get more RAM sticks to run nicely at higher speeds. Not sure if that still the case.

(I have 4x and OCed and never noticed real issues).
