PC turns on then off in a splitsecond

The problem started a week ago, if the CPU socket lever is down or the CPU fan is on the CPU the pc turns on then off instantly. If the CPU is not under pressure atleast it starts but there is no display. I tried with different motherboard, power supply and CPU, the results are the same. What could be the problem?
