Can't hit a solid 60 in most games with an RTX 2060

Hi, I've had my pc for over a year now I went to play Immortals Fenyx Rising but I couldn't hit a solid 60fps with everything on low, I've
tried COD: Cold War and Warzone and same results.
I realise there might be some bottleneck from the CPU but I didn't think it would be much of a problem.

Any help would be appreciated, thank you.

My Build:
Palet RTX 2060
Ryzen 5 1400
16GB @ 2666Mhz
Asus PRIME A320M-K
120GB SSD
1TB HDD

Ryzen 5 1400 is a part of the problem, it's slow for GTX 2060.

Ryzen 5600X or even 3600 or 3500X would be a big performance uplift.

As your motherboard does not support 5600X, best would be 3600 in my opinion.

First gen ryzen, alongside slow ram, not a great combo. Also, is it 1x16GB or 2x8GB?

 

Starting with 2x8GB if DDR4 3000 or 3200 is a good start. If that doesn't improve performance enough, you could look for some used processors like a 2600 or 3600
