New 3600 VS used 3600XT for same price

Hey everyone. I'm thinking of buying an R5 3600 for my new rig, but found a guy selling his 3 months old (february 2021) 3600XT for the same exact price as a new 3600 ($200). Would it be a good buy going for the better silicon for higher clocks from the XT?

I got my 3600XT for the same price as the 3600 last November. The XT will be the better CPU..
