In a perfect world, neither. However if you can get the 970 within a reasonable price point it'll be better than the 1050.

Budget (including currency): 180,000 Argentine pesos.

Country: Argentina

Games, programs or workloads that it will be used for: AAA Games.

Other details  A monitor, a mouse and a keyboard.

I'm looking to put together a good pc with a thousand and two hundred dollars just for good games. I want to find the best possible at good cost/performance/benefit. I know the pc has to be balanced in its components because it's essential so I'm looking for that as well.

Thank you very much in advance for your advice.

You'd be better off buying a used 750 Ti on ebay over that thing.

Why the intel 520? $600 for a 240GB SSD is a ripoff for consumers, go with a Samsung Evo 970 instead will be much cheaper, won't fix the gpu issue however unless a store near you has one in stock.

Hitachi is now Toshiba (business side still exists I think), so I wouldn't buy the Hitachi as it is likely a really old unit and won't have a warranty to it.
