I suspect its fake. No reviews on the seller and they just created their account today. Highly suspicious and not worth giving to scammers.

I found a 1660 Super for an advertised $120, that advertises brand new in new package. If I send it and it turns out to be a scam, is it hard to get my money back?

Usually, eBay has Money Guarantee buyer protections so just in case you receive what is not advertised, you can get your money back. Also, if you pay by PayPal, there are buyer protections there. Do you have a link to it??? The seller is probably a scammer or does not know the current GPU shortage/crisis.

Oh, it now says one or more sellers can't accept payment.

eBay buyer protection is overkill if anything.

Also that's a scam.

Just saying, but you even considering this is exactly the reason why these scams exist.

it’s a scam. Don’t waste your time.

On eBay generally if it seems too good to be true, it is.
