Msi z370 sli plus, Ez debug LED dram error

So I've spent the entire night trying to troubleshoot this and I need your help lads. I copy pasted this as I'm too lazy to write right now and just want to sleep, anyway;

Just bought a new i9 9900k and a new case, had completed the build and went to plug it in... no display.... basically spent 3 hours stripping it down building it up until I realized the EZ Dram led thingy was on, which means that the ram isn't detected or failed. Spent another hour just trying each of my 4 sticks in each possible position and still no detected ram, switched cpu (switched between my old I5 8400 and the I9 9900k) and combinations of ram. I'm going fucking insane, no bent pins in the socket, no visible damage to the dimms nor ram slots, what is wrong. Please help me before I explode. It's now 02:30 where I live and I'm just exhausted I beg please help, I ain't got money to fix a broken mobo, give me some hope.

Parts in the rig I'm trying to build:

Intel core I9 9900k (replacing my I5 8400)

32gb ddr4 3200mhz corsair Vengeance pro rgb

Msi z370 sli plus

Asus rog strix gtx 1080

Coolermaster v650 80+ gold (I know it's low but it doesn't matter for the post)

500gb Samsung 970evo m.2 ssd

2tb WD Ultrastar

1tb some random Seagate sshd.
