Unraid drive has gone bad

Look at the serial info on the drive in the smart data, then pull the hdd with the same serial.

Hey all,

I have a PowerEdge c2100 Unraid server with 8 drives (including Parity) One of the drives just shows up as "Disabled" image.png.b8b490884642c9989539e6a0b7ef80d7.png

I have a few disks that are the same brand, and size. How do I know which disk to pull out and replace? I would hate to pull it and turn the server back on, wait for it to boot, and then see if I pulled the right one. Any ideas?

If that is the only way, is there a good way to stop this issue in the future? I can label them, but I am not sure it would help me to label them with the make/model/and capacity because then I would have the same problem...

Sorry if this question is simple to some, I am just trying to figure out how best to attack this issue.

I have also attached the SMART report for this drive.

Thanks!

In the future you may want to add large print serial number stickers to your drives and stick them to an easy to spot location on teh drive, it'll make them easier to identify in a flash.
