Computer crashing and black dust.

Hello, i need help. My computer has crashed twice in the past ten minutes when trying to download something. I decided to check the inside of the pc, and there is black dust inside it. What should I do? I need to get this fixed.

It is a gtx 1060 with 16g of ram, i7-8700. It is a lenovo of rebuilt pc. It seems to have black dust coming out of the fans. I have had this pc for about 2 years. I had the battery replaced a year ago if that helps.
