I7-11700KF

i9-10900KF costs not too much more, at least where I reside, why not that? 435€ versus 11700K ~390€

2 extra cores for 45€ is not bad imo.

... but I'm no expert

Avoid that Gigabyte psu at all costs. Go with something from Tier A or B in the psu Tier list.

The 11700K is a bit meh but if you want to make the most of that MP600 SSD then you will need an 11th gen cpu. Maybe look at the non 'K' if not overclocking as it should be a bit cheaper, and B560 boards will be cheaper as well. So something like the Asus B560 Plus Wifi, MSI B560 Torpedo or ASRock B560 Steel Legend for example.

I live in Romania as well and there are the prices:

11700kf-406 euro

10900k-445 euro

11900k-435 euro

5600x-300 euro

5800x-435 euro

What would be better?

Then worth looking at one of those.

I know 11900K has only 8 cores like 11700KF, but it costs just a tad more.

a 5800X+ a Gigabyte B550 GAMING X V2=555 euro

11900K+ASUS PRIME Z590M-PLUS=635 euro

that Z590 was the cheapest.

I also found a 5900x at 547 euro in stock

No thorough reviews on the  ASUS PRIME Z590M-PLUS, and cheapest usually are not any good.

I'd go with the 5800x and a better motherboard, like MSI B550 Tomahawk, if available.

The B550 tomahawk is 70 more euro.

The  5900x is surprisingly at msrp here, but im not sure if it fits his budget,

The 11900K is terrible so that should be avoided. The 11700/KF is the best option for Intel if he wants 8 cores and pcie 4.0. The 5800X if he wants Ryzen.
