Any good ways to block internet traffic to a specific game/launcher completely to block the usage of it

This is for my home network.

I want to block an ip/port in my routers firewall i know how to do that but i dont know how i would find for example the ports that rocket league uses or the ip adresses it connects to, to block it from being accessed at certain times.

Your best bet would be DNS poisoning.

 

IP addresses for rocket League are going to be many and vary.  IT would be whack a mole.

 

However if you knew teh DNS records the launcher uses to connect then you can intercept requests for those queries and respond with bogon IP.  

 

Do make sure you block all DNS traffic leaving your lan from your clients.  For this to work y ou MSUT control DNS>  Home users, this is usually done at your router.  It does required a router that supports DNSMASQ or some other DNS daemon that all your client use to query.
