NVME & HDD device not migrated - need to force shutdown - thank you for your help!

Unclepopo

Dear gentlemen, I am in dire need of you assistance!

I have recently updated my system with a CORSAIR MP600 connected with a DELOCK M.2 PCI Express x 16 Card as well as with 8 HDD´s (Seagate Expansion used internally) of which 4 are connected over the SATA ports(0,1,2,3) on the motherboard and 4 with a DELOCK SATA PCI Express Card.

All Disks show up in the Device Manager as well as on Disk Management which shows they are healthy with assigned drive letters.

The Errors:
Nevertheless, on all 9 disks I get a Device not migrated error (0xC0000719) on top of the pc being stuck on the restart or shutdown screen (after which I have to force it)

"Device SCSI\Disk&Ven_NVMe&Prod_Force_MP600\5&15c0659&0&000000 was not migrated due to partial or ambiguous match.

Last Device Instance Id: USBSTOR\Disk&Ven_&Prod_USB_DISK_2.0&Rev_PMAP\070A584072F03E69&0

and for the HDD´s

Device SCSI\Disk&Ven_&Prod_ST10000DM0004-1Z\5&c6ee0dd&0&020000 was not migrated due to partial or ambiguous match.
Last Device Instance Id: USBSTOR\Disk&Ven_&Prod_USB_DISK_2.0&Rev_PMAP\070A584072F03E69&0
Class Guid: {4d36e967-e325-11ce-bfc1-08002be10318}
Location Path:
Migration Rank: 0xF000FF00FFFFF130
Present: false
Status: 0xC0000719"

What also seems fishy is that 4x HDD´s show up on Portable Devices "Seagate Expansion Drive"

Events: Device install requested, Device not migrated, Driver service added (WUDFWpdFs)

Driver Management has concluded the process to add Service WUDFWpdFs for Device Instance ID SWD\WPDBUSENUM\{DC4FDEBE-ADE8-11EB-B7B3-806E6F6E6963}#0000000008100000 with the following status: 0.

What I have tried so far:

-Uninstalling / removing drives and drivers for the devices and for the USB controller.
-Updating and resetting BIOS
-Reformatting MP600 and adding drive letter which has not been there initially
-Reformatting HDD´s which fails

My specs:
Windows 10
Aorus Z390 Pro Wifi Rev 1.0 with F11 BIOS version
4x 8GB G Skill Trident Z DDR4-3600
Intel Core i9-9900KF
Geforce 1080ti
Samsung SSD 970 EVO 500GB
Samsung SSD 970 EVO Plus 250GB
Custom Water cooling Loop

I do not know what else to do. I assume it has to be something about the bios or windows settings but my knowledge is too limited to figure out the issue.

I sincerely hope you guys can help, I am willing to try out what is suggested and to post any necessary additional requested information.

I appreciate your time and efforts!
