Ryzen 5 3600 Idle CPU Usage

I know this topic generally has been discussed many times already before but this is separate of the normal Ryzen 5 3600 temp and voltage behavior with everything set to auto.

 

But I'm really curious as I've been "catching" this really particular behavior from the CPU when I'm idle and not monitoring the CPU state, cores 1, 2 and 4 are on max load somehow. Really concerned if this has something to do with a virus or cryptojacking program sneaking in workloads when I'm not monitoring it or if it's just the behavioral reports of Ryzen CPUs when not being monitored

 

Really suspicious when I try to take a look at Ryzen Master or even Task Manager, CPU usage drops down to normal idle

Note that span of Histogram time-wise is around 20 minutes when I started up Ryzen Master

I have my Ryzen undervolted to 1.13v and overclocked to 4.1 gHz from Ryzen Master profile when the screenshot was taken
