but when you are doing something like gaming, it will boost up to 4.3. It will only be at 2.9 when you are doing nothing, (when it's idle)
You won't notice it. It will boost up when something basic happens.

Shouls I wait to get the rtx 3060 ti or should I wait less and get the 3060 for less?

my 1650 mobile hits 200FPS in Valo, honestly a 3060 should be fine. If you are okay with waiting the 3060ti is the better option in the long run tho

X590 doesn't exist. Also, Z590 is overkill for a locked CPU. Downgrade to a b560 and upgrade to the 11500 for a better iGPU until you get one.

Also, change the case to a p360a and drop the rgb ram to cut costs since thats what you wanna do
