Fixed ty Oshino Shinobu

Go to solution Solved by Oshino Shinobu,

It's a tool called BGInfo, normally used for displaying domain, IP, user, server etc. information on Servers or workstations. It basically takes your background and adds text to it with various system information then makes the merged image and text the new background.

Just change your desktop background and it'll go away.

I have it setup via GPO on my own servers. It's nothing to be worried about.

Messing about with Sys Internals and this happened, resets etc. doing nothing. Would love some help. And sorry if i should not post this here, i am very new!

This is how I have my GPO setup. There's other ways of doing it but I found this works well. It's not the standard Windows background, no. I just found a more modern one and used it for my 2019 servers when I still had a mixture of 2016 and 2019 servers running, now I just have 2019 but I like how it looks.

Thanks for the help! 🙂

you can mark an answer as "best answer" instead of changing the title, just letting you know.
