Thunderbolt hub capable of driving a 1080p 144hertz monitor with HDMI?

Gaming on a razer blade base model and trying to clean up the cable situation. Need a hub for two usb 3 (mouse n keeb), ethernet, and most importantly an HDMI for This Display Have not found anything yet that I know will work.

 

Can anyone help?
