Looks like adware or potentially malware. I would remove it as you don't need it

the rule of thumb here is simple. Go to google and type the name of the software with the word virus beside it and see what the results are. If it's a virus there's gonna be a lot of results saying as such. Heck it might autosuggest virus before you type it (this one did btw). From a quick search this is one of those that tells you everything is broken so you'll buy their software. 

Insanity is not the absence of sanity, but the willingness to ignore it for a purpose. Chaos is the result of this choice. I relish in both.
