5900x ideal max temp?

Slamscape

This is my first time building my system from scratch. And I am wondering if 73c while at 4500 clock and 100% usage would be considered a good temp for a 5900x on a crosshair dark hero MB.

I have an ek 570 mono block on it, as well as the ek vector for the 3090FE.
the loop has a top 360mm set to exhaust, and a front 420mm pulling air in.
hottest water hits the exhaust rad first.

So far for gaming I’m seeing it cap out in the 60s. And the only thing so far to put it in the 70s is the acronis true image backing up my drive.
once the clock drops out of the 4500 and into 3600 for a few moments the temp instantly drops into the 50s until the clock speed goes back up.
Normal idle temp is 33 cpu and 28 gpu

I would say its fantastic. I am playing CoD MW and I am at 69C with 74C max temp on a 240mm AIO so I would say you're doing good.

It’s good! I have an ek velocity with 2 360’s the EK very thick and medium rads and an EK distro block +pump for the OD-11 XL and mine jumps immediately to 75+ With any sort of load. Any gaming or transcoding and it’s above 80 within 5 mins and climbs a bit from there

I suspect it’s the cpu block as my old 3950 ran unreasonably hot also

My personal Max temp is around 75c. Though I try to keep it under 70c as much as possible.

6 static pressure and one air flow fractal Venturi fans plus the ek pump.

quiet it is not.
which is why I was looking to see if I was getting a desirable cooling for that price.
