Sigma trio Which lens should I buy for efm

Hello. I wanted a good all round lens (I like that 1.4) but I dont know what I want. Cause I could get a wide for architecture type photos (16mm) I could get the human eye look (30mm) or I could get a different point of view for photos. (56mm)

I have a 22mm f2.0,

55-250 is stm 4-5.6

and a 15-45 f3.5-6.3

But I kind of use all focal lengths. When I'm taking photos I switch lenses every 10-20 minutes. I go from the 15-45 to the 22mm to the 55-250

And I usually buy the cheapest good gear. the most expensive lens I bought was a 55-250 and that was expensive for me so going to a much more expensive lens I want to use it a lot not just have it on my shelf..

Or should I save up all my money and start from 16 and then later get the 30 then 56.

I should add that I do take video too.

for videos I'd likely replace all the lenses with that prime set listed or the sigma 18-35 and a 24-70, for stills the 55-250 is like fine

But the price is through the roof on the 18-35 and even on a 24-70

Edit: I dont mind carrying 4 lenses 16,30,56,55-250 but I dont know if my bag is capable of that many I have the lowerpro 250 awii.

used on each is around 600$, and while yes new its 800$ and 1k, for a crop body shooting video not much better for zooms
the primes are small so you likely could

lookin' around for some deals on a sigma 24-70 2.8. would it be bad if I got into a habit of buying used more? and on top which model should I be looking for dg os?

well huh? (I set a time to watch in the video) I feel like I should be in the world of primes until I want to get a smaller set up or just upgrade my camera (Or get a new telephoto which wont happen for 4 years) and primes do have better image quality so im gonna stick to them : D

nope. I almost always buy used.
OS means optically stabilized
DG I think is the lens series
while HSM is the focus motor type

optically stabilized is a nice to have but mattering on what you do not always needed

I think I should get the primes cause they are cheaper. Smaller. Better image quality (I'd say cause zooms compromise) Faster aperture and in general I almost never do hand held video its always on a tripod so os is not very appealing to me.

I'd almost look at getting a different prime set because EF-m is likely a dead end and it would make sense to buy lenses that you can reuse on a new body, but they aren't going to be as small and cheap. zooms are a compromise for sure

my next camera is likely gonna be a m body like a m6 mark ii or even mark iii when its out cause I wanna stick to that small form factor.

we don't know if canon will make any more cameras on the EF-M mount, they might move to all RF. M6 Mk2 isn't bad but the 32mp in a small sensor isn't great. I'd rather have a much better 24pm sensor

I should get the ef version of the sigma trio. If there is any.

there isn't the same trio on EF, you'd just have to pick the focal lengths you would like. Realize because they are Full frame lenses take the mm number and times it by 1.6
so a 30mm FF lens is 48mm on a crop body
