Is this modified VBIOS correct, or did I screw something up?

I'm experimenting with modifying my VBIOS to get rid of some silly restrictions and increasing limits, but I'd like to make sure I didn't screw anything up before I kill my cards.

Here is my original VBIOS file:

https://drive.google.com/file/d/1ZK4H5UY1c6COKOr43XCL7iQghv0dOuPQ/view?usp=sharing

And here is my modified VBIOS file:

https://drive.google.com/file/d/1rkO4kHxvmCJiA7xTgtIe4PXEbtnD9imd/view?usp=sharing

What I think I changed:

- Changed fan limits from 30-74% to 0-100%
- Increased max voltage from 1025 mV to 1187.5 mV (restriction by NVidia to avoid Code 43 error)

- Changed max TDP from 110% to 125%

Can someone confirm that I did this correctly? I'm not looking to add custom clocks to the VBIOS - I will be using Precision X1 to do that - but I would like to get every bit of performance I can out of these cards, hence the limits increase (and fan speed change).

Also, side note, I saved the VBIOSes of both of my cards and they are identical, byte for byte. Does that mean that I can flash my modified copy of the VBIOS from card #1 to either of the two cards?

You won't kill the card.... If a flash goes bad, use the other card to flash the one with a bad flash.

Disable the 2nd card in device manager before you flash. Flash the disabled card, then restart windows. Should be good to go.

What card any ways?

What card any ways?

EVGA GTX 650 Ti BOOST 2GB Superclocked Edition.

Really long name.

Alright, just to make sure:
1. I use Device Manager to disable card #2

2. I flash the modified BIOS with KeplerBiosTweaker

3. I restart Windows

4. If all is successful, I will get display on my second monitor (second monitor is connected to second card)

5. Repeat for card #1

Did I get that right?

Be sure to post back if it works, I have a GTX 650 that could probably go harder too. I mean it would still be terribly slow but hey why not right? Maybe I should mess with my R7 250!

I shall update you once I flash it. Gonna be a bit though since I'm at school.

Alright, I have flashed both cards. No problems so far - I can do what I changed. Fans can go to 100%, TDP can go to 125%.

Niiiice! I'll mess with mine this weekend and maybe my GTX 960 at some point to let it run even lower power levels in the HTPC for better efficiency, though Maxwell isn't doing me much good these days with VP9 and HEVC.
