Facebook and Instagram Ask Users to Enable App Tracking in Order to Keep Services 'Free of Charge'

Finally got the pop up of Facebook begging me to enable tracking. Of course I blocked it.

I don't know if anyone answered this, but it detects you using 14.5 and it prompts you to agree to track for 'personalised ads' as an incentive. I just choose not to track and everything it as it was so idk.
