whats normal operating temp for a 5900x?

So i just upgraded my system to a 5900x.  I have noticed that my temps are relatively high when just surfing the web and basic stuff like that.  temps are generally between 45 to 55 degrees celcius.  The cpu is being cooled by a 360mm all in one.  CPU is just auto overclocked via the motherboard.

Current Rig=  AMD Ryzen 9 5900x, Asus Crosshair Hero VIII, EVGA RTX 3070 FTW3 ultra, 32gb Corsair Vengence Pro RGB 3000hz White, EVGA 750 P2 PSU, 1TB Samsung 980 Pro, 500gb samsung 860 evo, 250GB Samsung 850 evo, 2TB Samsung 970 Evo Plus, 2TB seagate firecuda sshd,  LianLi PC 011 Dynamic XL ROG edition, Corsair h150i elite capelix

That's normal. 

Ryzen uses high idle voltage and when boosting single core, resulting in high idle temp. 

 

But that temperature is on only one or 2 cores, not the entire CPU, you just see the hottest temp being reported, other cores do nothing and are in sleep state at well below 0.5V which is very chill.

Okay I might be mistaken with a 360 rad and 5900x, but 45-55 C is low.
