warzone software issue on windows 10 season 3 cw

hello

since the season 3 update(25.6 gb) the game was not running at all on my pc, press "play" in battlenet, then it goes "launching", then "playing now", nothing happens, then "play" again.

so Im not a pc expert, i reinstalled the game 2 times, reinstalled my windows, made sure everything was up to date, and nothing.

so here i am, if you could help me and read this description, and tell me problem is with my system, or the game itself.
