What is the best cpu for everything? What is the best cpu for gaming? And What is the best cpu for workstation?

REQUIREMENTS: only the normal processors (no xeon or TR)

Easy. Ryzen 5950x, the jack of all trades.

You got fast core for gaming and massive number of cores for working.

Threadripper and xenon aren't on the same level. 
Tr is a normal enthusiast platform, but xenon is a server platform. Xenon and Eypc are on the same level

The best cpu is the 5950x.  16c/32t and over 5ghz with decent cooling and pbo, its insane.

5950x. As others said. It’s the best at everything, at least as far as standard consumer sockets go.

Even on workstation, unless AMD release Tripper 5000, no other cpu is better at gaming.
