Why do you hate or like the epic games store?

Inb4 this gets locked for the war this is undoubtedly going to cause
 

It's fine. There's frustrating things, like not being able to move games without a reinstall, but also good things, like free games. I got 3 boarder lands games, gtav, hitman, 

I could use some help with this!

I love both of them, steam and epic, my only gripe with epic is with controller support but besides that 

                          Ryzen 5800X3D(Because who doesn't like a phat stack of cache?) GPU - 7700Xt

                                                           X470 Strix f gaming, 32GB Corsair vengeance, WD Blue 500GB NVME-WD Blue2TB HDD, 700watts EVGA Br

 ~Extra L3 cache is exciting, every time you load up a new game or program you never know what your going to get, will it perform like a 5700x or are we beating the 14900k today? 😅~

No user reviews and other useful things from Steam (I think they still don't even have cart and wishlist?)

 

No official Linux client, even though iirc it was promised at some point.

i like them because i get free games and i hate them because of exclusive titles and because we certainly dont need another trash game launcher on the market.

 

If you wanna compete with Steam you gotta offer the same stuff at a minimum and they are far from this.

I like them so much i got over 40 tripple a games for free lol. Never paid a single dime.

Primarily people hated the Epic games store for two reasons

 

1. Epic made Fortnite and there was a backlash against Fortnite

2. They wanted to be able to buy all their games on Steam

 

That's it. 

Corps aren't your friends. "Bottleneck calculators" are BS. Only suckers buy based on brand. It's your PC, do what makes you happy.  If your build meets your needs, you don't need anyone else to "rate" it for you. And talking about being part of a "master race" is cringe. Watch this space for further truths people need to hear.

At least for what I can tell.it didn't work when I tries

I don't know why they would patch it, it was their official solution. It's kind of buggy and stupid to do, if you don't do it just right it won't work.
