Am I missing something

That large pic, to the left of the blue RAM slots, there is a latch holding in the very end of the GPU.

My GPU is stuck in the PCIE and there is no clamps, i've tried to take it out but it just stays in, it's a really old Motherboard just says Made By Lenovo in Speecy, and I can't take out the motherboard because the GPU is blocking some of the screws, it's a Micro ATX i believe not 100%, I don't plan on reusing it right now I just got a new CPU and Motherboard.

This is going to sound extremely stupid, but have you unscrewed the GPU from the back of the case?

It's entirely possible that I misinterpreted/misread your topic and/or question. This happens more often than I care to admit. Apologies in advance.

Are you sure it's hung up in the PCIe slot, and not the bracket that screws into the case slot?

Please post pics from the other side of the video card, the RAM clips look quite close as well, are you sure it's not hanging up in those?

Will it rock back and forth, giving an indication of where the hangup is occurring?

Applies-to-for-Lenovo-H61-IH61M-REV4-2-m

This, I believe if your mobo.

You'll see a tab on the right side end of the PCIe slot, that holds the mobo in place

It has to be pulled away form the video card (downward in this image) to unlock the card.

You are most welcome, they really did hide that latch well, didn't they? Modern system make the latch a different colour for a reason....those old ones, very hard to see.
