Use diferent mic in call

dont know who to ask so hope you guys have some experience in this.

 

so i have a bloototh speaker and mic in my car (it actualy bloototh to fm adaptor) and the mic qualiti is realy bad if i get a call. i was wandering if i can use bloototh speakers and phone mic for cals. is there an app with that ability?

was thinking maby diferent call app with zoom like audo setings

What phone do you have? im not sure, but i think some OS's have the ability to set input and output devices in a call.
