Hi trying to help my friend build a computer for valorant and Minecraft they have gotten the ram and SSD so far but I was wondering if there are any improvement I can make to the build or make it cheaper Budget around 1200 cad For the video card I left it out of the budget since they are impossible to find right now and might just use integrated GPU for now

Thanks

The 11400 includes a pretty decent cooler. For what he's doing a third party cooler seems like a waste of money,

No, go for 3200MHZ.
