What is the best component for a custom loop with RTX 3090 and Ryzen 5950X

I'm planning my first desktop build, I plan to get a custom water cooling loop, but I'm not sure which components (GPU, tubes, waterblock, fans, pretty much everything) I should get. Please give me some advice on the build, I'm going to get a Ryzen 5950X for CPU, RTX 3090 for GPU, along with 128 GB RAM. The build is going to be used for training AI models, so it will be running at full load for more than a month at times. Thanks in advance.

So you’re not sure which components to buy, but you’ve already determined what cpu, gpu and how much memory you’re gonna use... What??

Yeah, the only thing I'm sure of is that I need the best parts out there.

Oh, now I get it, you’re looking for a water aio for your cpu and gpu. I’m not really into water cooling, so I can’t help. Sorry.

It's fine, this is my first build, so I may be even more inexperienced than you are.
