Hi , When I unplug my USB 3 Connector from Motherboard.

How do i unplug USB3 from motherboard, as when try to unplug it  , seems unplugging the cover as well.

USB 3 headers are just annoying. What I've had to do with my board in the past is pull the connector off (along with the plastic piece) completely. Then just pull the plastic off of the cable and put it back on the motherboard manually.

get a plastic pry tool and push down on the plastic motherboard part to help separate it from the cable.

Hold the plastic part of the motherboard's connector, when pulling the cable, to ensure that plastic part doesn't come off the motherboard.

Hold the motherboard connector firmly and wiggle the header side to side until it becomes loose enough to remove.

Pretty normal, has happened to me multiple times on a variety of motherboards. What I personally do is I remove the connector with the plastic cover. Once everything is out, I remove the cover and put it back on the pins. You will need to do it gently though, last thing you want is to mess up the tiny pins when putting the plastic cover back on.
