My 3700x is kinda weird

whiitefiire

Hey y'all, I am a little concerned about my 3700x.

Some games (Borderlands 3, CoD: Cold War, Tekken 7 and some more) have pretty serious FPS spikes from time to time.
My CPU is overclocked with CTR 2.0 (temps are all good) but it can't reach 12k in CB23 and I've seen some people hitting 12k with a stock 3700x.

Does someone have any tech tips for me?

My system:
ASUS ROG B450-F Gaming
AMD Ryzen 7 3700x
EVGA RTX 2060 KO Gaming
4x8GB Corsair Vengeance Pro RGB @3200MHz CL16 /w DOCP

Corsair H100i RGB Platinum 240mm
Samsung 860 EVO SSD 500GB
ST31000524NS 1000,2 GB (64 MB Cache 7200 rpm)
Thermaltake Smart RGB 700W Bronze 85+

*FCLK is at 1600MHz.
