From 3 to 0 drives after windows update!

So i casually updated my windows 10 and it took unusually long considering my system is in nvme. when it finally booted  everything seemed normal untill i see no programs games or anything outside local c drive(nvme) are showing up went straight to disk management no drives except one, i have 2 hdd and one other ssd. went to bios it shows all drives are connected everything seems normal, tried updating and uninstalling amd sata controller(ide ata/atapi controller ) from device manager. plzz help im confused i have found nothing about this in the internet...

Thnx in advance

Update: Everything seems to be back after uninstalling update still doesn't explain why or how this phenomenon happened....

Strange, maybe something funky with the update? Glad it's solved. Perhaps a reason to wait a bit longer before updating for the moment.
