AMD RADEON R7 350 4GB Crashing on all GAMES

I can play a lot of games normally, but sometimes it crashes sudently, sometimes on load screens or on saves or the screen starts to turn black or weird bug colors...
The Witcher 3 runs normally, only place that the game crashes is on Novigrad.
but League of Legends, i cant even use my monitor's native resolution, because it crashes all the time.

Because of that, i started to look deeper into my video card, i found out with OOCT, that the screen bugs  and turns black after i used about 1.5GB of VRAM. 

Checked temps, max temp 70 degrees  Celcius on the video card  and  in the CPU 59.

Already updated everything, windows etc. Radeon software from 04/20/2021

 

So, there is a way i can limit the VRAM usage of my Video card? or anyone knows how to fix that?
