Do I have the right power connectors? Help!

Hey,

Despite looking at pc parts etc all the time xD I just want to make sure all of these parts go together and that I have not overlooked anything. Does the psu have all of the connectors i need? and does the mobo have enough fan connectors? Also, does the mobo have front usb c (that also allows me to use the rear usb c still)? xD

GPU WILL BE EITHER RTX 3070 / 3080 - NOT LISTED ON PCPP

Thanks for the help,

Stay safe,

Lex.

You need:

- 24 pin ATX

- 8 pin EPS + 4 pin EPS (the 4 pin is not nescecary)

- 2x SATA power (for the RGB hub + Node Pro controller from the Corsair fans)

Your PSU has these and more: https://www.corsair.com/us/en/Categories/Products/Power-Supply-Units/Power-Supply-Units-Advanced/SF-Series/p/CP-9020186-NA

Your list did not mention a graphics card, keep in mind you need one, because the 5800X does not have integrated graphics. The PSU has 4x 6+2 pin connectors, so as long as your GPU has 4 or less of those connectors (and fits in your case) you're good.

You need 4x PWM headers (one for the Noctua cooler fans, 3x for the Corsair fans)

Your motherboard has plenty of headers for these. It has 1x CPU, 1x CPU optional and 3x case fan headers

Yes, it's this one:

I don't know all the B550 boards, but I remember the B550-E being quite a good option.

Great! Just realised I listed the wrong fans, I'm getting the QL120s, would they also work? 😄
