Can the Vega 64 Liquid edition cooler be used on other Vega cards?

So, I have a defective MSI Vega 64 Wave just laying around. I have replaced it recently, but I still dont know what exactly is wrong with it, but it shuts down under load.

But the question is, does any of you know if the PCB on it is reference design or if its specific to that model? Meaning can the cooler be mounted and work on a different card.
