Yeah ... that's not how you choose a PSU. 80+ Bronze, Gold, Platinum, EVGA, Seasonic, Corsair, nothing of this matters, you buy a specific PSU, not a hypothetical one, therefore look at reviews of this specific PSU, not it's brand or efficiency rating.

Give me recommendations for power supplies that would go with the amd ryzen 5 5600x and Nvidia geforce rtx 3060 ti

If you are looking to buy soon this: https://www.amazon.com/dp/B084R9M19S?tag=pcpapi-20&linkCode=ogi&th=1&psc=1&pldnSite=1 power supply by EVGA is a great deal. It is cheap, 80 plus Bronze, it is fully modular so it will be easy to build with and it is by a trustable company.

whats the difference between 80 bronze and 80 gold

In general, for a normal use PC that is not under constant high power load, any 80+ Bronze and higher from a reputable brand is fine, as long as it satisfies the maximum power draw requirements.

It more come down to what you need in terms of features, like fully modular, semi modular, sleeved cables, colour etc.

its the efficiency rating. the higher the rating the more efficient it is. Meaning, it can handle higher sustained loads better with less heating

Fully modular means all cables are removeable and you only plug in the ones you need. Semi modular, has the standard power cables fixed, and som optional you can plug in if you need them

No, the EVGA Supernova 650GM isn't something you want to be buying for Ampere GPUs.
Do you even need an SFX PSU?

Make sure to ignore all that "reputable brand" nonsense, a brand can sell excellent units and horrendous ones too.
And EVGA isn't a reputable PSU brand by any mean, actually it is one of the shadiest "western" brands when it comes to PSUs.

Same thing with efficiency = quality, throw that out the window.

Where are you buying from? The U.S.?

That means that you shouldn't restrict your PSU choice to SFX PSUs. See above.
