Motherboard Choice for Budget Gaming 11th gen Intel

I am building a new PC and have asked for help with it before but stock issues with my chosen MB have made me ask if I should go with a different board.

Specs:

CPU: Core i5-11400

GPU: RTX 3060 ti 

MB: Asus Prime B560 Plus or ASRock B560 Steel Legend

PSU: Corsair CX-M 550w

RAM: Teamgroup T-Force Vulcan Z 2x8gb 3200mhz

512gb SSD

As long as your motherboard is able to house everything you need such as SATA drives, and has enough ram slots for you to be content, it should be ok. And you are running an i5 so VRMs would be ok.
