I'm a noob in need.

Hi :)

I am looking for your help with the following (I am very noob and I don't want to be fooled by any store).

What are the best components to build a work PC up to 700 €? (I'm from Portugal)

What I need:
- Wifi;
- Plenty of storage space (maybe 2TB of secondary space) that has good reliability and that will last me a lifetime, as I have research work in the laboratory that needs to be kept.
- Speed of data processing (I will use programs such as IBM's SPSS).

What I don't need:
- Tower (I have a tower for a normal size motherboard);
- Tower fans (have plenty on that tower);
- GPU (at the most my girlfriend will play SIMS).

Grateful for the help.

Graciously,
Qif

No drive will last for a lifetime, so remember to keep at least one backup.

Is there a way to customize a laptop? I needed a second computer to do the same job, while I'm out. Work on SPSS and similar programs.
