Local Disk C Storage Reading is not consistent.

Lately, I confronted with this issues where the reading for the storage left on my Local Disk C is sometimes not accurate. What i meant is that, for instance when i turn on my and i check the first time the storage let's say space left is 13GB. Then later, when I check back again, all of sudden the reading was off and it said 12.3GB. I had run antivirus scanner to my computer and malwarebytes and no virus and malware was detected. Any idea how to fix this issues ?

700MB is nothing, that's normal variation from temp files, updates being downloaded, things being cleaned up in the background,...
