Thinking about building this, looking for advice

I am thinking of pulling the trigger on this build, just looking for what people think.

There are two graphics cards in the list. I'm wondering which one people think is the better deal. Keep in mind that one ships from Canada, the other from China, but neither are sold by Newegg. I know these are both absurdly overpriced, but I might have to suck it up.

I don't care about rgb or that the ram is red. I think the included wraith spire is ok, but I have a spare hyper 212 if you guys think I'll need it.

CPU is a bad choice. The 11400 is a better choice and is significantly cheaper.

Go for the 1660 Super. It's better, and cheaper.

Honestly I'd consider getting a prebuilt. You can get a significantly better system for the same price.
