RGB Fan on but not spinning

I current have the rgb fan connected to RGB_Header1 lights up as you can see but does not spin, Tried AMD_Fan_Led1 also,

 

Still need to try  ADDR_Led 1 

Also CPU fan/pump with the 3 pin

Did you connect the case fan to a fan header on the motherboard? The RGB header does not provide power to the motor.
